We are currently seeking a motivated and detail oriented professional to join our Dispatch/Customer Service Center. This position contributes to the success of Chaney Enterprises by ensuring flawless execution in the scheduling and delivery of orders. Responsibilities include but are not limited to; taking customer orders and entering them into the dispatch system, reviewing information with customers to ensure accuracy, scheduling/dispatching trucks appropriately to delivery sites, and monitoring truck activity via the GPS system and radio to ensure timely delivery of orders. The Dispatcher/CSR must communicate on a daily basis with management, sales, safety, delivery professionals, plant personnel, and other customer service staff members to coordinate resources and to resolve customer complaints and problems. Requires a strong attention to detail and effective interpersonal skills. Must be able to handle multiple tasks in a high stress, fast paced environment. Must have high school education or equivalent and basic computer skills. Prior dispatching experience and/or experience in the concrete industry desired. THIS POSITION IS BASED IN GAMBRILLS, MD. Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
