Must verbal and written communication skills
Must have the ability to travel to make sales calls, and to accompany Regional Manager to business association meetings as required
Must have knowledge of retail banking operations
Must have the ability to manage a full service retail bank branch and assigned staff
Must be able to meet or exceed established sales goals
Preferred Skills: Sales/sales management experience in a financial institution environment preferred.
Required Screenings: Background checks. Pre-employment drug testing/screening. Credit checks.
Job Description: Manages operations and maximizes profitability of a full service retail bank branch; influences branch profitability by expanding and developing new personal and small business banking relationships. Oversees delivery consistent quality customer service, develop customer base, and grow branch portfolio in a cost effective manner. Responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation of a retail bank branch including operations, sales, customer services and security in accordance with bank objectives, policies, and procedures.
More specific duties include managing and developing employees, organizing and directing activities in addition to maximizing branch profitability through sales, providing level of quality customer service, and overall daily operational responsibility for the performance of a full service branch. The Branch Manager will also ensure staff compliance with bank regulations, requirements, and procedures; ensures staff follows operational and security policies and procedures.
Days & Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. 35-40 hours per week.
Day: $60,000-$65,000 per year.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
