The primary responsibility of this position is to provide the Customer Teams with Shopper insights, solutions and analytics as required for specific customers. These insights are used in the development and activation of the Customer Category Business Plan. Coordinates with Customer Development Account Manager and Customer Category Leadership Managers to support Department and Category roadmap activation. Owns Nestle marketing at the Customer level. Develops path to purchase solutions specific to the customer? shoppers including pre-store, in-aisle and in store marketing. Develops collaborative relationships with Customer's Key Merchandising, Marketing & Advertising personnel, as well as the COE and CSD to ensure strategic alignment.

Develop Customer Specific Shopper Marketing Programs
Identify, assess and prioritize shopper opportunities based on Division objectives and programs.
Identify key short and longer term retailer Shopper issues and opportunities
Ensure customer shopper program priorities and funding in total customer commercial plan
Oversee the development of insights around the intersection between the customer? shopper segmentation and the brands?consumer segmentation
Develop retailer action plan with success measures and funding needs
Synthesize key learnings
Mobilize research activities to close knowledge gaps
Develop initial strategies and tactics to drive program development
Design program components
Integrate Shopper Marketing programs into Customer Category Business Plans
Evaluate scale marketing and merchandising opportunities for specific customer and develops cross-category/scale promotions
Assess opportunities at the customer with the account team and CLT
Execute and Monitor Shopper Marketing Programs
Vet and refine platform solutions with key retail partners
Analyze and synthesize scorecard results and feedback, including shopper marketing scorecard
Coordinate with Account Managers for sell-in at customer
Identify customization needs
Mobilize and manage resources to include agencies to activate program
Monitor program execution and results
Oversee post analyses and prepare an evaluation report
Partner with Marketing Personnel at Customer
Penetrate retailer marketing organization to develop productive relationships
Develop joint programs with retailer personnel

Share learning back to COE and CSD teams
Provide input for the ICP process
5 years of marketing experience, preferably in CPG.
Retail sales experience is a plus

Knowledge of available in-store tactics
Knowledge of retail landscape
Familiarity with Nielsen, Spectra, Panel data, Catalina

Bachelor? degree required
Master? degree/MBA preferred
Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research techniques/methods
Familiarity with syndicated market measurements data

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
