Merchandiser

Working directly at customer locations to merchandise products according to standard plan-o-grams. We have second shift and days available, as well as, some weekend postions. Merchandisers are also responsible for the following:
Maintain Quality Merchandising Standards
Communicate with drivers, account managers, supervisors and store personnel
Daily Tasks - Service stores in Buffalo Coca-Cola market territory by building displays, stocking shelves and coolers, consolidating back rooms, properly rotating product, removing out of date product, following brand order, utilizing P.O.S., ensuring product accessibility, and maintaining safety standards (Clean as you go).
Look for incremental opportunities for displays and/or improve display locations
Execution of Service - Exceed executional standards, satisfy customer needs/wants, continuity (same face/same store), rapport, and quality reputation.
Responsible for the promotion and participation regarding Innovation for the purpose of providing suggestions and ideas throughout the organization to create something new, different, or better.
Attend month safety meetings
Follows all safety policies and procedures in compliance with all local, state and federal safety regulatory agencies.
Job Offer contingent based on:

Valid NYS Driver's License (less than 3pts)
Must be able to lift 60 pounds on a continuous basis
Must have a reliable vehicle
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
