Our client is a leader in government telecommunications and network integration, they are seeking a Web Application Engineer for their Westminster, CO location. They deliver next generation solutions that solve the most complex networking and communications challenges facing the U.S. Federal Government, state and local governments, foreign governments, and commercial enterprises.
Candidate will deliver leading edge software and development techniques for web applications that control customized embedded communication systems. These systems are based on commercial cellular standards and wireless hardware.
Roles and
Responsibilities:
Analyze new capability requests for innovative web application software that controls high-tech, specialized cellular systems.
Architect simple, intuitive user experiences that govern complex customer solutions
Design, implement, and test associated web applications and user interface. Provide customer support as needed.
Interact with product development teams, project managers, vendors and customers
Work under limited direction. Be proactive in managing work including meeting schedules, identifying risks, and delivering high quality software.
Requirements:
4
years of Web Application related experience; emphasis in embedded systems control is a major advantage
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance (US citizenship is a prerequisite)
Demonstrated engineering background in delivering software solutions utilizing HTML, CSS and JavaScript
U.I. design expertise
Knowledge of Unix/Linux environments
Superior oral and written communications skills required
Ability to work both independently and as a collaborative team member
Flexibility to adapt to new and changing opportunities
Knowledge of Microsoft software applications and other software applications as required
Preferred
Qualifications:
Experience with Angular JS, Twitter Bootstrap and Jasmine.js highly preferred
Responsive layout experience substantial plus
Backend implementation knowledge and experience highly desired
C/C+
experience desired for occasional GUI C+
development
Experience in an agile development environment a plus
Familiarity of cellular communications (e.g. CDMA, LTE) and embedded application development a plus

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
