Should have worked on MVC, Webservices, JMS/MQ, etc
Should have worked hands-on on Javascript, Ajax, Jquery, etc
Should have decent exposure to Oracle 10g/11g and hands-on skill in writing SQL queries
Experience working with Websphere server and RAD or eclipse based IDE
Needless to say, should have good communication - both oral and written.
Well versed with Security and compliance (SOX, PCI related)
Familiarity with BFSI domain a plus
