Overview:

Our client is hiring a Recruiter Assistant for their Arlington, Virginia office. This is a contract opportunity. Job responsibilities include:
Provide general administrative support to recruitment efforts.
Draft memos, emails and responses to queries.
Assist in arranging interviews with potential candidates and the respective hiring managers.
Manage the candidates through the recruiting process.
Responsible for managing both client and candidate feedback forms.
Receive and screen resumes.
Input applicant information into database.
Requirements:
Administrative background.
Any experience in HR administration is preferred.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
