Providence is calling a Reporting Project Coordinator to Providence Health & Services in Beaverton, OR.
The Reporting Project Coordinator is accountable for supporting Project Managers, Project Sponsors, and Department Managers with one or more large and/or technical complex projects, and may be assigned to support additional smaller technical projects. The Reporting Project Coordinator ensures good communication and maintains project documentation templates; coordinates and schedules project and Department meetings, produces status reports, participates in relevant project and team activities and provides additional general office support.
In this position you will:
Manage and track technical project needs and progress for the Analytic and Reporting team
Maintain project documents and schedules in a variety of formats
Compile and distribute recurring status reports in coordination with managers
Attendsassigned staff/project team meetings and serve as facilitator as needed
Perform assigned individual project tasks as well as contributes to the completion of team tasks; assists other team members in completion of high priority tasks when necessary
Prioritize and organize both short-term and long-term responsibilities in response to frequently changing demands and frequent interruptions
Assist with documenting and tracking project progress and interacts regularly with key stakeholders, project sponsors and process owners while serving as a project liaison when needed to meet established timelines.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's degree plus two years experience in healthcare administration, business, communications, or clinical field OR
Associate's degree plus 4 years relevant experience OR
Master's degree with no experience OR
6 years relevant experience
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Project Management Certification
