This position is a remote position and may be filled in NJ, ME, or SC.
Conducts moderately complex loan reviews to ensure that loans are originated, processed and underwritten in compliance with
relevant regulations and consistent with Company policies.
Communicates with Line of Business lending department staff providing general feedback and observations.
Supports junior analysts regarding business line communications. Escalates serious issues to management as appropriate.
Develops summary reports for senior staff identifying trends and offering recommendations as assigned for process
improvements.
Compares information obtained in credit risk review processes to those evaluated at the time of underwriting, identifying any
discrepancies. Makes recommendations to management to address discrepancies as needed.
Prepares spreadsheets for management recognizing potential risk and evaluates management''s response to risk issues.
Job Requirements
Underwriting experience preferred
Qualifications
4 year degree or progressive work experience in addition to experience below
3-5 Years of related experience
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence others'' decisions and actions without express authority.
Skilled at multitasking.
Demonstrated ability to make sound business decisions and prioritize work consistent with goals and objectives.
Solid knowledge of desktop technologies with technical aptitude to learn and employ unit software.
Good analytical skills. Recognizes trends and relationships in data and reports and can formulate appropriate responses.
All Retail Credit Review Assignments: Loan documentation and regulatory compliance.
Residential: Standard underwriting including self employed analysis and understanding underwriting for government program
loans.
Consumer: Standard underwriting including self employed analysis and knowledge of a variety of consumer loan products and
understanding of credit scoring.
Credit Card: Standard Underwriting under 2nd Look Process.

The Retail Credit Review Analyst reviews assigned loans to ensure that loans are originated, processed and underwritten
in compliance with relevant regulations and Company policies. This job assists in loan portfolio reviews to ensure
acceptable credit standards, accurate risk ratings/assessments and that loans conform to established Company policy.
The Retail Credit Review Analyst may develop summary reports for senior management identifying trends and offering
recommendations as assigned for process improvements. The job participates in Due Diligence efforts, maintains
communications with the Line of Business Lending Staff, and documents responses to identify issues and problems.
The Retail Credit Review Analyst ensures that own work, as well as work of any Employees supervised, is in compliance
with applicable laws, regulations and guidelines, as detailed in policies located on Company intranet; policies include but
are not limited to Fair Lending, Know Your Customer, Bank Secrecy Act and other applicable anti-money-laundering
policies.
