Responsible for the safe operation and transport of vehicles on company property on assigned shift in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as federal, state, and local laws.
Assists guests promptly and courteously in the Valet check-in and check-out process, using guest''s name at every opportunity.
Inspects all vehicles for damage prior to entering the vehicle and documents any damage observed.
Promptly clears Valet check-in ramp of all cars to be parked.
Runs for all vehicle retrievals from the Valet lot (weather conditions permitting), in accordance with established safety guidelines.
Parks vehicles in designated areas of the property and accurately records the location of the vehicle on a Valet receipt, which is then attached to the appropriate keys and stored in the Valet office until the guest is ready to leave the property.
Locks all vehicles and ensures windows are in up and closed position upon parking in designated lot.
Ensures a maximum level of guest service and satisfaction is achieved and maintained at all times.
Held accountable to a high degree for the safety and security of vehicles and keys for vehicles.
Maintains a working knowledge of the property as well as special events on property in order to advise guests, whenever possible.
Maintains high-level of knowledge regarding the company's products and happenings, and communicates properly to guests; establishes rapport with all guests through name recognition.
Notifies manager/supervisor of low inventory and recommends new inventory; communicates opportunities and concerns.
Performs other duties and tasks as assigned or determined by management or supervisors and moves with a sense of urgency.
Adheres to responsible alcohol service established by company policy including, but not limited to, as it pertains to alcohol and motor vehicle operation and will immediately notify the Security Department of any apparently intoxicated person who operates, or attempts to operate a motor vehicle.
Understands and utilizes all safety and sanitation practices as defined in the safety program and immediately reports any accidents or allegations of theft to the Security Department.
Adheres to all company policies and procedures as established in the Team Member Handbook.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE :
Must possess excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Must be able to work a flexible schedule
Must be able to jog for extended periods of time
Must be able to drive a standard shift vehicle
Ability to interact professionally with other departments and outside contacts
Ability to complete a heavy workload and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Good judgment and decision making abilities
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
OTHER:
Must be 21 years old.
A valid driver''s license and a good driving record are required for this position.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
