My client is seeking a qualified CFO to help run the current operations, while also assist with their mergers and acquisitions.
Key
Responsibilities:
Support the CEO in growing the organization
Develop a finance function which enables growth and scalability
Prior Merger & Acquisition experience
Built top finance functions
Aid company in aggressive growth strategy
Desired Background:
Currently acting in a CFO capacity
Experience working in Private Equity backed organization as a CFO
Related experience managing the IT and HR functions
CPA Preferred
BS in Accounting, Finance, or Related Field MBA highly desired
Compensation will be $175-250k base
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
