This position is located in the Washington Headquarters Services (WHS), Executive Services Directorate (ESD), Correspondence Management Division. The ESD is responsible for providing administrative support and executive staff assistance to the Secretary and Deputy Secretary of Defense, the DoD Executive Secretary, and their immediate offices. The Directorate supports and assists the Secretary and Deputy Secretary, their immediate offices, the Office of the Secretary Defense (OSD) Components, and Defense agencies through the development and implementation of correspondence management policies and procedures.
