Responsibilities of a Comprehensive Services DM for ADP HR/BPO Solutions:
o Cultivate a targeted list of companies within a protected territory to implement Human Capital Management and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) solutions.
o Dedicated to selling ADP's Comprehensive Servcies and Administrative Services Outsourcing products and services in the 50-149 market including recruiting, selection, benefits administration, training, safety and loss prevention to existing prospects in his/her assignment.
o Execute a top-down sales approach targeting Presidents, CFOs, and HR Directors to convert prospects into clients.
o Generates activity in the assigned territory by referrals from other ADP Sales partners and by self-generation efforts.
o Develops and maintains Sales partnerships with MA, ASO, and PEO Sales Associates.
o Develops a business plan with the ADP HR/BPO Solutions Sales Executive, VP Sales and Division VP of Sales which details activities to be followed during the fiscal year which will focus the Resource DM on producing or exceeding quota.
o Works at improving both product and professional skills by participating in training sessions within ADP and through their own efforts.
o Maintains accurate records of all activities (calls, presentations, sales, etc.) within their assignment.
o Serves as a liaison between the new client and ADP support groups throughout the conversion cycle.
o Attends and participates in weekly Roll Call meetings.
