Summary of Responsibilities
Interviews and profiles customers/prospects to determine investment/insurance needs.
Recommends appropriate products, makes referrals, monitors investment performance.
Meets regularly with assigned branches to discuss sales ideas and customer results.
Develops and executes individual business plan to meet sales goals.
Maintains minimum assigned level of productions with individual or team goals.
Cultivates and fosters proactive relationships with staff of assigned branches with regular meetings to discuss sales ideas, referral opportunities, results of customer meetings, and promotional campaigns.
Reports to: Financial Group Sales Manager
Education/Experience Requirements
Bachelors Degree or equivalent education and experience
Minimum of 2-3 investment and insurance sales experience required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Thorough knowledge of investment and insurance products and applicable securities and insurance rules and regulations
Unblemished compliance record
Strong communication and PC skills
Demonstrated team player and high quality service provider
Unique Job Requirements and Characteristics
NASD Series 6 and Life License. Series 7 preferred.
If not Series 7 licensed, will be required to obtain license within 90 daysEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
