One of world's largest bookseller and one of the world's fastest growing digital media and consumer Technology Company is looking for a Sr. ATG Consultant for NJ.
Responsibilities:
Configuring and implementing all aspects of ATG as part of a bigger solution under the guidance of the technical lead/director.
Performing development tasks including tuning and troubleshooting large scale applications with little direction or supervision.
Developing web applications and web services in a scalable and reusable manner.
Utilizing application servers, such as JBoss and WebLogic, in order to implement the proposed solution and utilizing various application integration techniques to communicate with third party and legacy/back-end systems.
Requirements:
Experience supporting an ATG e-commerce application in production.

years defining, designing, and developing Java based applications for the ATG platform.
Experience with large-scale high-volume e-commerce application design, development and deployment.
Detailed knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), Object Oriented Analysis and Design/Development (OOA/OOD).
Java EE/J2EE, XML, SOAP, Servlet, Web Service and other relevant Java technologies.
Web user interface technologies (HTML, JSP, Tag Libraries, AJAX, JavaScript).
Integration experience (examples: Search Engines, Web Services, Tax Processors, Payment Processors, Fulfillment and Ad Engines).
Oracle database experience including transaction management, SQL programming, schema design and JDBC.
Networking knowledge and experience.
Relevant O/S knowledge (Linux/Unix and Windows).
JVM Semantics/Garbage Collection knowledge.
Application Server (such as JBoss or Web Logic) experience.
Web Server (Apache and IIS) knowledge.
Knowledge of Java open source technologies and frameworks (Hibernate, Struts, Spring, JSF).
Adobe CQ development experience a plus.
Ability to communicate effectively in English, with good verbal and written skills.
Ability to build rapport with team members and clients.
Bachelors degree
