Interfaces with design engineering in coordinating the release of new products. Estimates manufacturing cost, determines time standards and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines. Maintains records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations.
REQUIRED SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:
- Strong Technical Knowledge on SMT Technologies and Process Development
- Knowledge and Experience on Fuji Placement Equipment and Software a must
- Experience in Profiling for Curing Oven (a must) and Wave Solder
- Experience on Quoting Estimation for NRE''s, Process Capability, Capacity and Technical Knowledge
- Experience and knowledge on FMEA, DFM, FBA, NPI
- Knowledge and experience on LSS and Project Management
- Knowledge on Quality Standards (ISO, AS, TL)
- Government clearance Preferred, experience with ITAR
- Effective communication with Customers
Must have 10-15 Years ExperienceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
