Hours: Monday 4pm-11pm
Job Details: Responsible for accurate and complete registration of all patients; obtains correct insurance and demographic information. Contacts patient and/or physician to obtain or clarify necessary information. Coordinates verification preadmission activities with the Business Office. Provides customer service support for PFS to internal and external customers including taking patient payments and explaining questions about bills. Treats patients with utmost courtesy and respect in accordance with the Patient Bill of Rights. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Recent admitting, customer service and/or accounting experience preferably in a hospital environment.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
