The successful candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of HR Generalist experience within a manufacturing environment and a Master's Degree in Labor or Industrial Relations. Will work both strategically and tactically on all areas of HR with an emphasis on employee relations, succession planning, performance management, talent management and leadership development and coaching.
Competitive salary plus bonus and relocation assistance offered.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
