Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English. Good people skills and a well-groomed appearance. Ability to deal with high-volume, rapid paced venue and maintain positive, friendly and courteous attitude. Adaptive enough to respond to a quickly changing environment. Must be flexible to work weekends, holidays and extended hours as needed
