The Layout Administrator is responsible for effectively managing all general and complex creative changes throughout the Circular Production lifecycle. This position is responsible for: assessment of marketing layouts for completeness and accuracy to brand standards and creative guidelines; managing and applying markets; versioning; applying system subject matter expertise to most efficiently transact marketing plans in systems on behalf of internal customers; executing and validating creative asset changes across base and versioned assets. This position also assists with training business partners on appropriate use of marketing systems to improve efficiency in the planning and production process.
Responsibilities:
Adjust Marketing layouts and manage versions on behalf of internal customers to respond to market conditions, competition, financial goals, and emerging leadership decisions or strategies in the required timelines throughout the marketing planning and production lifecycle.
Prepares and communicates reports of system changes for ongoing evaluation of BU utilization and effectiveness to drive efficiency and improved decision making.
Coordinates between Creative, Marketing, Merchandising, Production and Agency partners to resolve inconsistencies in Creative directions.
Maintains best practices for efficient execution to coordinate activities across internal customers and facilitate clear handoffs of changes in creative direction
Facilitates compliance of creative and brand guidelines.
Responds to management and customer inquiries concerning how to affect additional or new creative strategies in system.
Maintains knowledge base of system capabilities.
