Responsible for assisting in meal preparation, cleaning and sanitizing, and serving meals.
Cleans dining area by cleaning tables and equipment, and sweeping and mopping the dining room area. Replenishes needed condiments and supplies in dining room. Prepares menu board. Assists in food preparation as assigned. Assists in setting up food service bar. Assists in serving food as needed. Cleans dishes by rinsing and placing appropriately into dishwasher. Cleans counters, floors, equipment and appliances. Removes dishes from dishwasher and stores in appropriate locations. Other duties may be assigned.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. No additional experience required.
