The Senior Business Analyst position will support the creation of business-owned deliverables within the Agile technology development process; setting goals and priorities to gather and define product requirements, assist with building out new/improved processes and continuously align deliverables with business objectives. The Senior Business Analyst supports product operations, product execution and business stakeholders; provide value across, and gain exposure to, the Star Advantage product and the multiple Inovalon components it touches.
Understand current and planned business offerings, programs, and processes, and work with business stakeholders to support these needs and requirements in information technology solutions;
Provide support, research, and subject matter guidance to software development teams to help them arrive at requisite supporting systems concepts, development plans, and integrated service delivery processes;
Work with cross-functional teams to capture and integrate business needs, provide clarity about requirements to be met, and clearly communicate them to business and technology audiences;
Assist in development of business-owned deliverables in the Agile software development process, including functional designs, use cases, process flows, requirements, release schedules, deployment plans, and more;
Participate in development of detailed procedures for each critical function that correspond to a consistent, documented testing methodology, as well as support reference document development and/or training guides;
Perform data analysis, assessment and reporting (including charts, graphs and tables) to support proactive problem solving; and
Gather and document business requirements, from multiple sources (both internal and external) for new products and enhancements.
Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science such as Engineering, Health Science, or equivalent;
At least 4
years of business analysis experience in consulting or product development;
Experience in healthcare field is preferred;

years of experience designing and conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) preferred;
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to quickly learn Company's products and processes;
Ability to set priorities and work on multiple tasks simultaneously, as well as ability to work under minimal supervision on complex projects;
Possess an understanding of Agile software development methodology;
Knowledge of MS Excel, SQL, Word, Visio and PowerPoint is required;
Professionally skilled in personal presentation, verbal, and written communication; and
Meticulous organizational skills.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
