Nursing on this unit takes on a holistic approach to quality care. Using clinical pathways and patient education and communication as guides, all aspects of patient care are exceptionally addressed by a total team of professionals. Level specific criteria are evaluated annually and can be found in the McLaren Northern Michigan Clinical Ladder.
Education: As a Magnet organization, for those hired into an RN position after January 1, 2014, it isrequiredto obtain a BSN within five years of your start date as an RN with McLaren Northern Michigan. Certification in the specialty area of practice is strongly encouraged.
Licensure:License to practice nursing in the State ofMichigan.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
