Store Fixture / Millwork Manufacturing seeking Engineer for Wood and Metal manufacturing shop drawings. Must be able to multitask and to work independently and efficiently.
Position requirements are:
Knowledge of various cabinet construction and building techniques in store fixture industry & panel processing for at least 3-5 years or more.
Extremely knowledgeable in Autodesk AutoCAD and /or Inventor
Hands on bench/shop floor experience that is applied to engineering practices is a plus.
Well versed in all types of engineered wood panels, high pressure laminate and edge banding industry standards.
Knowledge of all types of general industry hardware (European hinges, drawer slides, KD systems, etc.)
General knowledge of wood optimization software (Cut Rite or equivalent).
General knowledge of store fixture industry metal details, metal gauges and metal construction techniques.
Experience in working in full metric environment.
Knowledge of engineering with 32mm system standard principles for processing panels.
Must be able to take design ideas and layouts and develop complete package of documents which includes the following:
Customer Shop Drawings
Production environment assembly drawings & details
Drawings for special or custom buyouts or components (metal, glass, electric components, etc.)
Bill of materials (BOM) / Product details
Plate drawings for each itemized part that requires machining

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
