Responsibilities:
Performant has a great opportunity for a multi-faceted and highly analytical experience HR professional with broad
experience across multiple disciplines in HR, that is looking for an opportunity to make an impact in a diverse, fast-paced
business environment.
Under the general supervision and direction of the Director of Human Resources, the Sr. HR Specialist will lead research,
analysis, projects, and implementation efforts to provide support to the Human Resources Department in all areas of HR
functions including, but not limited to: Compliance, Benefits, Compensation, Training & Development, Policies &
Procedures, Reporting, HRIS and Workflows, Talent Acquisition, Resource Management, Employee Relations, Employee
Communications and HR Intranet, Employee Relations, and Mergers and Acquisitions.
Individual with CCP designation.
Generalist with Project Management / Leading Projects would be ideal.
Acquisition experience highly desired. A critical thinker, able to put puzzles together. Will be 1st level in due diligence.
Process oriented.
Excel wizard.
Experience implementing systems.

Required Skills and Knowledge:
-Polished and professional communication skills
-Customer service attitude and mentality
-Strong knowledge of Labor Laws
-Strong analytic and process mind-set with insatiable curiosity
-Technical skills and competency working with multiple HRIS platforms
-Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and strong competency in other MS Office applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
-Solid project management and program development capabilities
-Demonstrated depth of knowledge in multiple HR disciplines including, but not limited to Benefits, Compensation,
Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Compliance.
-Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
-Adapts quickly and effectively to changing business needs
Education and
Experience:
-BA/BS in Business, Management, Finance, Human Resources (or related field) or equivalent combination of education and
experience
-5
years in a professional level HR role with projects or responsibilities in multiple HR discipline areas -Experience with
system implementation and/or Mergers & Acquisitions highly desired
Other requirements:
-Sit, stand, walk, bend, reach 8-10 hours/day
-Lift, carry, push, pull, up to 10lbs.
-Some travel as may be required to meet business needsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
