We are currently in search for a Regional Accountant to join our teram in Augusta, GA. This position will be responsible for providing accounting support for approximately 35 apartment communities. In addition, is responsible for preparing monthly operating statements, monthly bank reconciliations and various mid-month reconciliations.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance and 0-2 years applicable accounting experience (property accounting experience preferred). Excellent written/verbal communication skills essential. Must be able to organize, prioritize workload and work on numerous projects/tasks at one time. Computer literacy required. Experience with Sales and Use Tax Returns is a plus.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
