LendKey is a cloud-based technology company that provides the essential infrastructure for any party to quickly, securely, efficiently, and profitably lend to anyone else. We are a fast growing company and are looking for an expert in construction management to help us add this market sector to our client offerings. This is your chance to apply your expertise in construction management to our already growing business model.
You will act as the primary point of contact and liaison between LendKey and its contractors to ensure long-term partner success. You will also build and manage contractor relationships and drive revenue through the promotion of LendKey managed energy efficiency and solar lending programs. This means that you will manage the day-to-day relationships with LendKeys contractor partners and help them grow their business and ours.

BA/BS degree (required)

years in selling or managing construction equipment or materials to contractors or construction companies
Ability to manage dozens of contractor partnerships simultaneously
Ability to resolve contractor issues and handle escalations as needed
Ability to identify and grow revenue opportunities with existing contractors to earn a larger share of their business
Ability to use metrics and KPIs to manage contractor performance and make necessary adjustments and recommendations as needed
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
