Job Description and
Responsibilities:
Installation, service, troubleshooting and programming of DDC Controls Systems. Experience with Delta, Andover, and/or Trend is preferred.
Provide field support services to include system start up, commissioning, system programming, and warranty as well as contract service, in an efficient and professional manner.
Represent Company in a positive and professional manner to our customers. This includes effectiveness in problem solving, interpersonal communicative skills, and enthusiasm.
Loading and commissioning of all system and network-level controllers as required. Validation of complete system functionality and troubleshoots problems with subcontractors and other trades to ensure proper operation.
Provide field change information to the project team for the creation of as-built drawings and softwareKeeps management and customer informed of job progress and issues.
Assists in performing site-specific training for owner/operator on the total building control system.
Participates in progress meetings with project field team.
Adheres to safety standards with a high degree of regard to employee and subcontractor safety.
Requirements:
Experience with open protocols like BACnet, LonWorks and Modbus.
Must have a commitment to integrity and quality in business.
Must have excellent initiative and interpersonal communications skills.
Must have experience with HVAC and electrical control systems and associated documentation.
You must be able to pass a background check, reference check and drug screen.
