Responsibilities:
Administer the employee benefit and wellness programs
Prepare or maintain employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management system software.
Process, verify, and maintain personnel related documentation, performance evaluations, classifications, and employee leaves of absence.
Facilitate the Benefits portion new hire employee orientation.
Ensure compliance with state, federal, industry laws and regulations.
Ensure compliance and enforce consistent company policies and procedures.
Keep management and/or corporate apprised to all critical issues
Help to reduce and/or maintain low turnover
Assist in ensuring the department maintains under budget
Run reports as necessary
Maintain the uniform program and decrease costs of employee terms/lost items
Work closely with payroll to ensure employees are paid timely and accurately
Administer and manage leaves of absences (FMLA, Personal, PTO, etc.)
Compile and prepare reports and documents pertaining to personnel activities
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, HRIS systems
Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills, be detail oriented, and possess the aptitude to bring creative and innovative ideas to a growing company
Must be able multi-task in a fast paced environment
Must be service oriented with proven professionalism in exercising a high degree of confidentiality
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor''s degree in business administration, HR management, or related field. Directly related experience may be considered in lieu of formal education requirements.
3 or more years HR experience with exposure in Benefits

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
