Civil Engineer - A&E Coordinator

Precision Resource Company is currently seeking a Civil Engineer A&E; Coordinator for a contract position located in Chesterfield, MO.
Develop relationship with all engineering staff and vendors.
Develop knowledge and ability to function within all the company's processes & programs to include: PO Process- Submittal of PO's, tracking where they are in the system and assuring issuance to the correct vendor for the amount agreed upon.
Drivers & WA's
Understand the activity and pricing structure to assure that the correct information is provided to project controls and within the requested PO's. Site Acquisition
Assist in the flow of documents to & from site acquisition, including processing documents to include jurisdictional comments at the engineer's direction.
Assist the engineering staff in the closeout process so that at MS80, engineering is substantiality complete with closeout.
Ensure all documents have been received and that engineers have performed quality check prior to submission to close out team.
Submit all change orders into system for PO and upload client approval. Quick Base, Documentum & trackers
Attain proficiency in using and maintaining databases and trackers.
Assist engineering staff with keeping dates and data current.
Become familiar operating in client's databases to post updates and pull reports.
Requires a bachelor''s degree in engineering from either a recognized accredited program in their home country or the country in which the professional is practicing.
This is entry level position for new graduates with a Bachelor''s or Master''s degree if no prior work experience.
Excellent computer skills to Include: Database work, MS Office and ability to learn new software.
Candidate must have proven excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Candidate should be flexible and adapt to different activities at a moment's notice, understands team concept and can perform as part of a team.
Prefer that candidate has done an Internship in Engineering if has no professional work experience.
