Proactively serves as the liaison between the team and the selected carriers in dealing with routine application review, quoting, binding, and policy issuance.
Prepares standard client letters and sends e-mails to the team for signature and distribution.
Researches missing data for both quotes and proposals. Utilizes various technology to obtain necessary information. When information is still unavailable, e-mails the appropriate team member in order to obtain it.
Documents all activities in a thorough, accurate and timely manner.
Documents all final quotes in the system.
Prepares final proposal for the team to present to prospect.
Develops positive relationships with the team by providing timely, accurate, value-added service.
Escalates emerging issues to the appropriate individual as appropriate.
Follows up on all personal open activities to ensure they are completed.
Continually updates personal knowledge on state specific changes for coverages.
Continually updates personal knowledge of underwriting guidelines with each carrier.
Maintains up-to-date workflow documentation and ensures workflows are adhered to when processing individual paperwork.
Ensures that all regulatory, compliance and transparency requirements are met and complies with all internal policies and procedures.
Other duties as assigned.

Bachelor''s degree preferred.
At least one year of direct or indirect client service experience required. Some insurance and/or insurance processing experience is necessary.
Needs to be a self-starter with the proven ability to exercise sound judgment and strong creative problem solving skills.
Must be detail oriented with strong follow-up and active listening skills.
Must have effective verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate with remote locations and vendors, and must demonstrate the ability to work well within a team. Needs to demonstrate willingness to cross-train, and be cross-trained, in other roles/duties.
Proven time management skills are necessary. Must demonstrate the ability to manage multiple priorities, deliver timely and accurate work products with a customer service focus, and respond with a sense of urgency as required.
Must be proficient in the use of personal computers and supporting software in a Windows based environment, including MS Word and Lotus Notes; experience using customer or contact relationship management software strongly preferred. Strong typing skills are necessary.

Job:OperationsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
