Evaluate, remanufacture, retrofit, repair, and function test equipment per Frank's procedures and standards. Support Operations, Engineering, and Quality divisions while assisting with review or generation of training and troubleshooting documents. Support operation of all departments in Lafayette and Global locations with equipment inspection and repair.
1. Take calls from field and shop employees when required to address and correct operational issues with equipment.
2. Witness function testing of new or remanufactured equipment prior to release to operations.
3. Review new operational documentation for equipment for correctness and completeness. Work with Engineering and Operations departments to clarify, expand and correct as required
4. Work with training department to ensure details in new training programs provide correct direction for trouble shooting equipment.
5. Identify and assist with any existing equipment needs such as revised procedures, retrofits, or gaps in training of said equipment.
6. Assist in the demonstration of equipment operations for customers and new employees; assist in technical job training for new and existing personnel.
7. Work with Asset and Engineering departments to ensure retrofits are being completed and documented in a timely fashion.
8. Assist operations to identify unusable or nonfunctioning equipment; coordinate repair and return to service of said equipment.
9. Learn and become conversant with all Frank's philosophies, policies, and procedures including safety, quality, operational, and environmental training.
10. Participate in safety programs for all shop activities.
11. Other duties as directed.
1. Minimum 5 years of experience with equipment, tools, processes, procedures, etc.
2. Ability to read and understand technical documents (service manuals, retrofit documents, drawings, etc.)
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Extensive knowledge of work environment, work order flow, inventory control and scheduling.
5. General working computer knowledge.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
