Perficient is currently looking for Sr Business Analyst located in our Carmel, IN office.
The Sr Business Analyst should possess the following:
Work with business customers to define requirements for data extractions and transformations of data being migrated from multiple business administration systems into a consolidated data warehouse.
3 - 5 years as IT business analyst.
Superior verbal and written communications skills.
Experience with data migrations, integration, or similar type data-intensive IT projects.
Life insurance industry experience a major plus.
Experience designing business intelligence platforms a major plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

This is a full time position with Perficient. Please note, 1099 or corp-2-corp contractors will NOT be considered. This position is only available to those interested in salaried staff employment opportunities. At Perficient, we offer a competitive base salary, bonuses twice a year, a full benefits package including medical, dental and vision, a 401(k) with matching contributions, 3 weeks of paid time off (PTO), and 10 paid holidays per year.
