We are looking for results-driven, customer service focused individuals to build a rewarding long-term career with us as an Auto Physical Damage Claims Representative!
Our Auto Physical Damage Claims Representatives will:
Conduct field inspections of vehicles at body shops, tow yards, and other settings to determine what is covered by our insured's policy and who is responsible for the damages.
Create computerized estimates using the latest technology, company car, laptop, and digital camera in a fast-paced, paperless environment.
Use strong customer service skills to negotiate with auto repair facilities, insureds and claimants to settle the claim.
If you have the following:
Bachelors Degree or an Associates of Applied Science in an automotive program.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Eagerness to learn about cars from the inside out.
Outgoing personality and a self-starting attitude who loves being on the go and meeting new people every day.
Valid driver''s license.
