We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to serve as _Manager, Residential Case Management Systems_ (Louisville, KY).
Reporting directly to the Vice President of Managed Care, the Manager, Residential Case Management Systems is responsible for the full planning, execution, and ongoing management of the Case Management system for our Residential Services line of business. The Manager, Residential Case Management Systems:
Manages the project of implementing a new Residential Case Management System from development through deployment and ultimately integration into standard operating procedures.
Serves as liaison between operations and the IT and Revenue Systems departments involving system configuration, new functionality and custom enhancements.
Identifies and understands the needs of Operations in the development of a single system platform for the Residential Services segment.
Oversees numerous phases (design, implementation/rollout, training and support) simultaneously.
Assists with quality assurance testing related to system configuration changes, database upgrades, custom developed reports, and system modifications.
Leads a small team of direct reports and a cross-functional team to deploy the project based on an agreed upon timeline and on budget.
Identifies and evaluates user needs not currently being met by delivered/custom functionality.
Manages testing of anticipated deliverable to ensure deliverable meets the needs of the end user.
Works with IT DBAs and System Software Developers to address ongoing system issues and enhancements.
Writes 'real life' detail test cases/plans to mirror what would be encountered during the business cycle.
Coordinates system setup and data migration efforts related to acquisitions or ongoing rollout of the system.
Creates and supports a comprehensive system support structure.
Manages the change management process to include an organizational communication and training plan.
Participates in pricing negotiations for contractor SOWs as necessary.
Ensures all project documentation is maintained and distributed appropriately. Effectively communicates with appropriate parties including supervisors and core teams to ensure project success. Coordinates and works with other business analysts as needed.
Maintains accurate and timely documentation of the project goals and requirements.
Bachelor degree
Minimum 4-6 years of experience working in a program or project management role (human services or clinical setting experience preferred).
Experience leading a project team in a collaborative environment with the proven ability to elicit cooperation both vertically and horizontally within an organization.
Experience leading a project team in a large scale IT related project preferred.
Strong organizational, written, and verbal skills required. Possess the ability to coordinate and provide assistance involving system design/configuration, implementation, and roll-out, custom enhancements, future development, training, support, and problem resolution.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with project management tools and/or software packages.
Prior experience as an RN, Program Manager, Case Manager, Clinician or other role in the clinical management area is desired though not required.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
