Summary: Responsible for serving beverages to guests in the casino, bars or restaurants in a friendly, efficient and timely manner in accordance with service specifications. Maintains a clean and safe work environment. Handles all products in compliance with local food codes. Generates an entertaining environment, and provides extraordinary guest service to both internal and external guests.
Job Requirements:
Job Requirements Education and/or
Experience: Six months previous experience preferably in a high volume venue. Requires knowledge of wine, spirits, beer and cocktails.
Essential Functions: Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English. Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods of time. Must be able to tolerate varying levels of crowds, noise, and smoke, the severity of which depends upon guest volume. Must be able to effectively and efficiently move around work areas.
Special Requirements: Must be at least 21 years of age. Must have knowledge of alcoholic beverages. Must be able to obtain the appropriate work authorization per gaming and health department regulations.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
