Executing proactive outbound prospecting and lead management. This position will have a direct impact on our success by providing qualified prospects from lead into the sales pipeline.
This role will handle first contact with new clients and build relationships through marketing activity. The goal of a Lead Development Representative is to take a lead from a marketing campaign (or through outbound calling), qualify the lead through opportunity discovery, mange, and then pass onto field sales via setting up a next call or appointment for field sales.
Position
Responsibilities:
Generate leads & appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity in an effort to qualify and market our solutions to potential customers.
Work within our CRM to manage & prioritize prospects for tele and email follow up based on their activity, responses and/or disposition in our target market.
Use of sales skills to qualify & progress the prospect into lead nurturing or for hand off to Sales.
Consistent use of sales approach, process and systems.
Log, track and maintain customer contact and activity records.
Position Requirements:
Experience in B2B lead generation/nurturing and/or inside sales.
Good communication skills internally & externally.
Ability to participate in collaborative efforts with internal groups and individuals.
Comfort and familiarity with working in CRM ( ) to monitor responses and prioritize outreach (via telephone, email) using various content available.
Familiarity with social and other sites (like Linked In) in order to leverage the information available.
Skills &
Experience:
Strong communication skills (particularly phone presentation).
Organized.
Ability & experience to understand workflow of leads and activities via the systems available.
Ability to make decisions on lead and activity prioritization.
Good technology skills required, including use of standard MS Office applications; CRM knowledge of a plus.
Ability to manage time effectively, work independently and be self-motivated.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
