Position
Summary:
INSTALLER
The primary focus ofthis position is to complete projects as a member of a multi-employeeteam. The actual job responsibilities will vary for each project. Thelist below provides an outline of the typical duties for project workfor the Installer position. Specific duties related to each projectwill be provided prior to the schedule date.
Primary Job
Responsibilities:
Review eachproject packet prior to arriving at the retail location to performthe work.
Participate in anyproject specific training prior to arriving at the retail location toperform the work.
Complete specificproject tasks as assigned by the Install Lead. Such as:
Assemble andinstall fixtures and displays;
Set up andreconfigure products in accordance with plan-o-grams or schematics;and
Assist other teammembers with assigned tasks.
Report any issuesthat arise during the project to the Install Lead.
Maintain apositive working relationship with all store employees andcustomers.
Requirements
Must be able toread and understand plan-o-grams.
Must be able toread and understand basic wiring schematics and instructions.
Must have basiccarpentry skills.
Must have goodcommunication and customer service skills.
Must complete internal certificationprograms.
Prior installationexperience a plus.
Must be 18 yearsor older.
Must have reliabletransportation.
Must have a validdriver''s license and automobile insurance.
Must have dailyinternet access.
Must have basictools.
Must possess theability to work alone or as a member of a team
Must be able towork in various positions, including, but not limited to, stooping,standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling and squatting for extendedperiods of time.
Must be able touse hands and fingers to handle feel or operate objects, tools orcontrols.
Must be able tolift, pull and push materials and equipment to complete assigned jobtasks.
Must be able tolift 50 pounds of weight frequently throughout assigned workday.
Must be able towork in precarious or high locations and also be able to climb anddescend ladders.
Installersare paid based on production. Paid training isprovided.
