Leddy Group is seeking an IT Help Desk Contractor in Rochester. Position will assist with daily help desk items. This IT Contractor operates as adjunct IT staff member, evaluating and maintaining the performance of the facilities computer systems in accordance with current and future business requirements, assuring compliance with all corporate and local policies and procedures.
Candidates should have at least 1-3 years of experience, strong computer and troubleshooting skills, and the ability to meet deadlines. Candidates should have strong customer service skills and good communication skills.
