Our Arlington, VA, location is seeking a Senior Counsel, International to join our International Law Group. This individual will provide legal advice related to international legal business planning to include forming joint ventures and international entities; international regulatory compliance issues to include FCPA, the UK-Bribery Act, and anti-corruption laws; international trade legal issues to include compliance with ITAR and EAR; voluntary disclosures to the U.S. Government, international regulatory investigations, and litigation. To succeed in this environment requires a broad base of knowledge and competencies in international and general corporate law, the ability to develop business solutions to legal problems, strong communication and collaboration skills, timely decision-making, a commitment to innovation and process improvement, and ownership of results.
