W Squared currently has a full time opening for a Systems Engineer to work in our corporate headquarters in Brentwood, TN.
SCOPE:
Under the direction of the Director of Technical Operations, assist with equipment staging, installation, and support of all client locations. Assist in responding to hardware and connectivity support requests.
Qualifications:
Associates degree in Technology or related technology field from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience required
Prior experience with PC hardware and software, printers, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office suite, or other products
CCIE, MCSE or MCSA certifications preferred
Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to express themselves verbally in a clear and concise manner
The ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
The ability to travel as needed is required
Good problem solving, customer service and telephone skills
Good interpersonal skills as well as the ability and willingness to follow instructions given by IT Management personnel are required
