The Vice President of Finance reports directly to the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and is a key member of the senior management team. The Vice President of Finance works cooperatively with all entities in Dimensions Healthcare Systems and it''s strategic partners. The Vice President of Finance is responsible for overall financial leadership, strategic financial planning, and financial management to assist DHS in the achievement of its operational and strategic goals and initiatives. The Vice President of Finance has responsibility for the Dimensions Healthcare System financial function including treasury, accounting, budgeting, financial operations and reporting and strategic fiscal development.
Requirements for this position include: A minimum of ten years of increasing senior level financial responsibility in a complex health system; demonstrated involvement in developing institutional strategic financial plans, strong leadership and financial skills along with knowledge of current trends in financial, research and clinical care. A Master''s Degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Service with concentration in Finance or Accounting and an active CPA certification are also required for this position.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
