Qualifications:
ohelp supervisor monitor hpu/production goals
omaintain material carts, avoid stock outs at line
oManage work in progress prioritization to exceed customer expectations
oDrive 5S principles to team
oCompletion of high school, vocational training, or equivalent is preferred. Typically requires 1 or more years of experience in material handling or related area and ability to learn material transaction concepts.
oRequires 4
years of experience in material handling and cycle counting
oDemonstrates advanced functional skills. Requires basic competency related to function. Demonstrates detailed functional knowledge and may lead process. Has awareness of new techniques.
oAble to read and comprehend moderately complex instructions. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees, leads, manufacturing support and supervisors of theorganization.
oAbility to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
oAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
oMay have multi-functional impact; has influence on different programs or areas. May conduct new-hire induction
oReconciles cycle count discrepancies and resolves inventory problems on a timely basis.
oCreates, updates, executes, and analyzes inventory cycle count reports.
oPrioritizes data entry activities and may provide work leadership to data entry associates.
oMay make decisions or recommendations within a team. Decisions may affect other teams.
oMentor, coach and lead other employees and or may develop employees at other levels. Typically requires little to no instruction and/or supervision.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
