At this time we''re are looking for a Restaurant General Manager at ourNEW STORE OPENINGin Rogers! This person should have an abundance of energy and be able to tackle challenges head-on. With several more stores opening in the region, we have an abundance of room for advancement from within.
Looking to unwind after a long day? We got you covered. On the road and eager to root for your favorite team? If they're playing, the game will be shown. In the past decade we've become known as the place to have a good time. From our mouthwatering (from-scratch) entrees to cold beverages to catching any major sporting event, we are the go-to place for fun and entertainment. During that span we've expanded and have restaurants from coast to coast with many more in development!
4+ years of current Full Service Restaurant General Manager experience
High volume background; must have GM experience in restaurants doing over $3 million in sales per year
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
Ability to build sales and rapport in the Northwest Arkansas area
Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
Late night bar background a huge plus

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
