Due to continual growth we are looking for a multi-site Property Manager in Omaha, NE. This is for the following properties: Papillion Heights, The Village at Papillion and La Bonne Vie South. These communities are Conventional, Tax Credit and HUD and have 121 units total.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, organization, computer, and people skills.

The Property Manager is responsible for overall marketing, financial, compliance and personnel operations of the community. This includes, but is not limited to the following:
Schedule, supervise and direct the daily activities of all on-site staff
Compliance with management company personnel and operations policy and procedures and compliance to company standards.
Lease administration
Maintain the Physical Asset
Provide effective marketing and communications, including advising management of pertinent issues as related to the community, market, or other respective issues.
Plan, promote and implement effective Resident Retention program
Responsible for fiscal budgetary and financial compliance
Weekend hours will be required
Experience or training in related fields of work beneficial:
Conventional Property Management
Tax Credit Property Management
HUD Property Management
