Customer Service Representative
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for answering customer questions, resolving customer issues, maintaining records if needed, and updating records. Other tasks will be assigned as needed.
The ideal candidate for this position has at least 1 year of experience in a fast paced, customer service or call center environment, strong customer service skills, proficient typing, data entry and internet browsing skills, and a stable employment history and attendance record.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
