Luxury Apartment Community Maintenance Technician
The Luxury Apartment Community Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the general maintenance and upkeep of the premises including repairing HVAC equipment, installing or repairing interior and exterior fixtures and appliances, monitoring and changing locks and making keys as necessary, and performing other groundskeeping and facilities maintenance tasks. A strong customer focus is necessary for success. On-call availability may be required.
Qualifications:
- Maintenance experience
- General knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
- Customer service orientationEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
