Guest Services Associate
Reputable resort is looking for a Guest Services Associate to join our winning team.
In this position, you will greet, register, and establish necessary credit for guests, answer phones with proper phone etiquette, and receive guest requests and complaints and ensure that appropriate actions are taken. You will also answer inquiries pertaining to the resort’s amenities, services, policies, area attractions, dining, and directions.
Qualified candidates will possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, at least one year of front desk experience, basic office skills, and experience with reservation software.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
