We have a need for a full time Maintenance Technician!
Basic functions:
Maintaining commercial buildings
Plumbing
Painting
Performing other related duties
Basic
Qualifications:
Recent work experience as a maintenance technician on commercial buildings
Some computer skills
Reliable transportation
The ability to pass pre-employment screenings
Must own toolsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
