We have an opening for a Maintenance Technician.
As a Maintenance Technician, you will:
- Repair manufactured homes
- Prepare them for sale
- Be paid $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Some of the duties include:
- Repairing floors
- Plumbing
- Roofing
- Repairing walls
- Painting
This individual must be self motivated and must have a driver’s license.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
